Some Flowers

Here's a few things that are blooming around the house right now. A jack-in-the-pulpit, right beside my steps going up to the deck.
Some little white flowers. They are by the steps also. These are fairly common around here. Nice ground cover.
My little wildflower meadow. It's a lot more prolific this year than last.

Bee balm. This is very common here. I like it though. It always strikes me as a hippie-like plant with it's pink dreadlocks.

Is that a round rock behind the bee balm?

Hey Pablo! That is sort of weird looking isn't it? Unfortunately, that round thing is one end of my propane tank for the house which will, hopefully soon, be hidden behind a retaining wall.

ER that wildflower meadow or paddock as an aussie would say is gorgeous!

Thanks Robbyn and Molly! My calling it a "meadow" is perhaps being generous though! it's kinda small but seems to be spreading some.

Wild flowers are glorious. Thanks for the id... I guess I have bee balm all over the place here. :)

Thanks karl! I tend to get a little overwhelmed by what I have not accomplished yet and have to be reminded sometimes of what I have and there has been a lot of change. I'm just so anxious to see more.

Hey Ron! The leaves of the bee balm make a nice tea and mixes nicely with other herbs like catnip, lemon balm etc. It is a member of the mint family.
