Life In Technicolor

I realized very late last night that the title of the last post I made was appearing on several of ya'lls blogrolls, depending on how you have your settings. (For some just the title of the blogs appear.) I didn't think about that when I made the post and immediately chastised myself for doing that. I know I have several religious people that read and link to my blog and you probably don't want such language appearing on your page. I apologize for this oversight and will try not to let that happen again. Sorry.
It did however, cause referral hits to my blog to almost double. lol! Maybe next time I'll title one "Great Big Knockers" or some such! Ha! just kidding....

As is usually the case, things have improved and I am not in such a horrible mood. You know how it often is that when things seem to be going really well, something else will come in and try to cause it all to go straight down the crapper. But, like I said, things are better now.

Yeah, its me. Annie may be feeling better. Don't know for sure about me.
My muscles are sore and thats most of them. The girl has had me splitting wood like crazy and cutting down trees with my trusty chain saw.
The chain saw. Yes. The whole thing got strange as Annie was watching me cutting that first one down. Smoke was pouring out and off the dull chain. I just wanted to get through that darn tree. It wasn't all that thick.
Annie had that look on her face that was saying, 'Yeah, you may be a world class mouser, but you don't know jack crap about chain saws.
Now, I really did try and sharpen the chain' I really did.
So, Annie's frient Allen was called in. Most traumatic. He [Allen], with long standing in commercial construction [a superintendent for one of the best construction companies around, the man knows his business]
And, it turned out everything there is to know about chain saws. He took over that abused chain and started the sharpening, with explanations. Did not take me long to realize how much of a dork I had been trying to sharpen that chain. There are some tricks and I may share them in another post.
Or not.
The whole episode should be hidden away to save my ego. Allen claimed his sharpening would make the almost destroyed chain better than new.
Well, he was right. It cut like a charm. It helped not that my cutting technique to drop a tree was a danger to anything and one within a 10 mile radius. Allen came through again with a disgusting demonstration of dropping a tree within a foot of the specified impact point.
Oh well. I've sharpened that chain twice since the instruction and it continues to cut well.
I should just stick to mice.

Jack!! I think you might be exaggerating just a little!! lol!!
It wasn't all THAT bad! these people are going to end up thinking I'm even more horrible than they already do. :D
well, the chain was pretty dull...but other than that!..lol!
